Information you choose to share

For an intro call, share only a name, whether you are a student or parent or guardian, a contact method, and a brief educational goal. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, financial information, or unnecessary student documents. Email and Google Calendar handle information under their own privacy practices.

Documents and uploads

The current website has no document-upload storage bucket. If tutoring materials are later sent by email or another agreed method, send only what is needed. You may ask Luc to delete materials that are no longer needed, subject to legitimate legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Codex

Student Launch does not send visitor messages to Codex. OpenAI Codex assisted Luc Tran with building, reviewing, and testing the website's code and wording. Codex does not automatically receive your information simply because it helped create the site.

Feedback

If you use a feedback form on a connected tool, its message, optional reply email, page address, and anti-spam information may be kept in a private feedback database. Do not include sensitive information.

Security and retention

The site uses HTTPS. No system or email service is perfectly secure. Student Launch keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed to answer a request, provide an agreed service, keep appropriate business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

No testimonials or guarantees

The site does not present invented testimonials. Examples, academic results, and personal experiences are identified as Luc's own and do not guarantee a student's outcome.

Minors

Parents or guardians may join intro calls and should supervise communications for minors. The website is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13 without parental involvement.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the contact area on Student Launch and provide only the minimum information needed for a reply.
